Donor and Beneficiary Data-management (including M&E)
Donor and programme data-management is not a “nice to have”. It is essential for your nonprofit’s sustainability and continued impact.
We are a preferred Salesforce implementation partner for nonprofits, and our certified staff provide Salesforce customisations to meet every nonprofit’s needs, from small to large.
We assist with customising NPSP (for donor management), PMM (for programme management and M&E dashboards) and more.
We recommend nonprofits get started with building a legacy of data, and then refine it over time.
Nonprofit Website Design and Development
A nonprofit website that is compelling, Search Engine Responsive, mobile responsive and fast enables your stories of transformation to shine so that people take action.
You can choose to integrate your website with tools like Mailchimp, Salesforce, and payment gateways like PayFast. These integrations form part of communication system that saves your staff time and increases your capacity.

Our Recent
Good Work
Uturn Homeless Ministries
U-turn’s previous sight was slow and heavy, compromising Search Engine Optimization. The design brief was to create a light, high perfomimg website to grow organic traffic.
Muizenberg Improvement District
We were proud to work with the Muizenberg Improvement District on the design and development of their new website. The site is responsive for mobile devices, Search Engine Optimised, as well as integrated with Mailchimp.
Uturn UK Outreach
U-turn UK Outreach is a UK registered chairty, that supports the work of U-turn South Africa. The site needed to share branding and yet be visually distinct, and it needed to appeal to a UK expat audience.
ISEEU
IseeU needed a compelling website that better showcased the impact and need for their remarkable programme. It needed to be responsive and offering a system for online donation.
Oasis Community Projects
Oasis Community Projects works in one of the poorest rural areas in the Western Cape. They needed a website that would allow for online donations (on average, over 20% of a nonprofit’s income is generated through online donations). The website needed to be responsive, compelling to showcase their extensive programme to people outside of their immediate area.
Douglas Murray Home for The Aged
Douglas Murray did not have a website. On average, over 20% of a nonprofit’s income is generated through online donations. Within a week of launching their new site, Douglas Murray received their first major donation via their online donation form. The digital system includes tracking monthly donor vs once-off, tracking failed payments and following up on abandoned transactions.
We have earned the trust of remarkable nonprofit organisations
Nonprofit Partner Review
We appreciated the client relationship, and the patience with client feedback, and requests. We received more than our monetary investment. It was a pleasure working with Connect Solutions.
