Terms and Conditions

Three nonprofits will be awarded a free “Launching Salesforce” package from Connect Solutions. This is an entry level development package, that provides customisations with initial set up, as well as data cleaning and importing. The instance will be a Saleforce for Nonprofits with the apps NPSP (for donor management) and PMM (for programme management and M&E).

Salesforce provides 10 free licences to each registered nonprofit. Connect Solutions is providing only development costs to customise the Salesforce instance (as outlined below). Should any additional development or licences be required, the awarded nonprofit will be responsible for the costs. Alternatively, Connect Solutions can recommend data-capturing solutions that can reduce your need for licences.

Additionally, please note: that only nonprofits willing to commit to a monthly maintenance plan (costing R845 per month for 1 hour support) will be considered. We want to ensure the three awards go to only nonprofits who are invested in using and maintaining their Salesforce.
