          Based on your submission, we will begin the following phases...

          Phase 1 – Mockup: Connect Solutions will create first draft mockup on Figma. Client is then able to provide first round of feedback with comments in Figma.

          Phase 2 – Mockup Review: Based on client feedback, Connect Solutions will revise the mockup. Client is able to provide second round of feedback. This finalises the appearance of the site.

          Phase 3 – Development: Connect Solutions will begin developing the site in sandbox mode. Client feedback from Phase 2 will be incorporated.

          Phase 4 – Finalising: Client provides feedback on functionality (eg do forms work correctly, are all the links working, etc)

          Phase 5 - Launch: Connect Solutions will roll to production with the site "Under Maintenance" mode. Site is live only after it is thoroughly tested.

          Connect Solutions will then provide handover training or put in place ongoing monthly support as agreed by the client.

          Connect Solutions is 100% owned by U-turn Homeless Ministries (a registered South African nonprofit) with all profit going to support its work providing a pathway out of homelessness for people in South Africa, particularly through coding learnerships for formerly homeless clients on their Phase 3 Work-Readiness programme.

          By doing business with Connect Solutions you help fund U-turn’s work, as well as learnerships and work opportunities for U-turn formerly homeless clients to learn about coding, online development and data-management.
